Suppression
People who opt out are removed from every result and never charged.
Anyone can ask us to stop selling or to delete their data through the privacy request form at diced.si/do-not-sell. We also load official deletion lists from state privacy regulators.
When a person opts out or is deleted, we add hashes of their email addresses and phone numbers to a suppression list. From then on:
- They are dropped from every new audience build, watch run and enrichment lookup before anything is stored or shown.
- They never appear in a preview, so you are never charged for them.
- An enrichment lookup that only matches a suppressed person counts as no match, and is free.
Suppression is automatic and applies to every workspace. You don't need to do anything, but you must still honor opt-outs you receive yourself and follow the Acceptable Use Policy.
